Bioseal sterile emesis bowls, also known as a kidney dish due to their shape, are used in surgical settings for collecting fluids or debris that may exit a patients body during a procedure. The shape of the bowl allows for it to be placed up closely against the patient. It may also be used as a collecting container for soiled dressings until they can be properly disposed.
